Does Covid-19 Virus Actually Exist ? Watch and Think

This is not the first time I've heard that they (Gov., CDC, WHO, Etc.), have not actually done this to actually Prove the virus exists.
Maybe it does, but they haven't performed the process to to do this, so why ?
