Mac Command + R not working. No recovery partition. Disable (SIP) System Integrity Protection

This walkthrough is only a (possible) fix to problems involving the recovery. The video is simply an explanation of the steps that I took to fix the issue that I was encountering, involving problems getting to the window in recovery mode to disable the SIP.

Be sure that you use a keyboard that will work during the restart. Sometimes (for various reasons) bluetooth keyboards will not work during a reboot. You may need a wired keyboard. If using a wired keyboard that is not a mac product, but a PC keyboard be sure to find out what buttons the command, control and etc. are assigned to on the PC keyboard.

I hope that this video will be able to help most of the viewers that watch it.
