Standard Powder Measures - How To Set Up and How Fast Compared to Auto-tricklers

This video shows two things: 1) A novel way to set up (calibrate) a powder measure quickly and accurately for a particular load and 2) How long it actually takes to dispense powder to a tray full of bottle neck cartridges. The claim being made is that a manual, mechanical powder dispenser is faster to use than waiting for an automated (and expensive!) gun powder trickler when reloading.
