How to make a very simple low-fat vegan bread that everyone will love! Here is the recipe just know that if you don't use the bread flour it will be a little wetter dough and might need more flour!

Here is the recipe that I used:

Bread Flour 2 Cups
All-Purpose Flour 1 Cups
Water 1 1/2 Cups (Warmed but not Hot)

Sugar 1 TBSP
Yeast 1 Packet (2 1/4 TBSP)
Sugar 1/2-3/4 Cups
Salt 1 TSP

1. Mix the WATER, 1 TBSP SUGAR, AND YEAST in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes
2. Mix all DRY INGREDIENTS in a bowl
3. Combine WET and DRY in a stand mixer or fold with a spatula
4. Dough is a wet dough so it will be a little sticky
5. Place dough in a nonstick pan, parchment-lined pan, or nonstick sprayed pan (preferably the same pan it will be cooked in)
6. Let in rise for 1-2 hours depending on the humidity
7. Heat the oven to 400 F
8. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown
9. Cool for 15 minutes
10. Cut and eat
