The Pueblo Chili & Frijoles Festival is located in downtown Pueblo, Colorado. The highlight is the harvest of the regions most popular local chili. Sprawling over ten blocks on historic Union Avenue. This award winning festival draws hundred thousands of guests across the state and around the nation over the three day weekend. The event features live entertainment, street vendors, cooking competitions, and an abundant of chilis from the local farmers. This festival is held every year the third weekend after Labor Day weekend.
