TYRANNY TIGHTENS: Earnshaw trains to FAIL 38:02, Robey FAILED all around: EMERGENCY in Georgetown

Officer Earnshaw was questioned by one of the PEOPLE about his knowledge of 38:02 since he was training officer Ornesto and he failed miserably claiming that a detainment is all that's necessary for a person to be required to ID.

Then imediately following that disracefull performance Seargeant Robey, PALMER, officer Graves and one more officer that I didn't get clarified to my satisfaction we're spotted surrounding a young lady on the bridge crossing the south San Gabriel River on University Ave just East of circle k.

I had a little chat with them about how important 38:02 is, however Seargeant Robey brushed off my concerns revealing his lack of concern for the Rights of the PEOPLE.
