Rain swollen Koksilah River - November 15 2021

Most of Southern BC had enough rain the previous 2 months to saturate the ground. So when record heavy rain came on November 13, 14 and 15 it caused chaos on the roads. Usually I avoid music and radio broadcasts in my videos because of copyrights but I think the details of damage reports on the trucks radio from CBC in Victoria is acceptable under these circumstances and I have given them full credit. Worse hit place is likely Merritt BC where all 7,000 residents were ordered to leave because their waste water treatment plant had been rendered inoperable.
