Phalloplasty Philes: Bladder Paradox

A Tiktok user by the name of Jayden documents her phalloplasty journey that began on June 17, 2021, and only continues to darken. She has only just entered the woods. Her phalloplasty involved taking a strip of arm skin, rolling it up, outside-in, and then taking a larger strip, and wrapping it around the first now-tube, inside-in, all of which is then stitched onto the urethra, clitoris, and surrounding pubic area, meaning it is being held onto the pubis via scar tissue (versus the ligaments that support the spongey, highly vascular male organ, which has a urethra that is itself encased with its own layer of spongiform tissue to protect it when unusual forces are being applied).

This phalloplasty rapidly required surgical placement of a permanent catheter because, surprising only modern medicine, this 'phallus' at the time was too scarred and non-functional to even get the premature infant-sized Foley catheter through it, from, I am guessing, more or less the moment they removed the original surgical catheter from the Stage 1 phalloplasty. In addition to her free free-flap phalloplasty, she has also had a hysterectomy, two mastectomies, and high dose anabolic steroids.
