Info from Licensor: "We had a massive rain and wind storm here in the PNW, with over 150mm of rain (that’s about 6 inches) overnight and this resulted in many roads being washed out and rivers overflowing into homes, cities, parking lots etc. Driving home, I could’ve sworn I saw a fish on the road so I pulled over to look and this is what I saw."
