Within the Church of Trans, there are several schismatic sects. One of the newer ones, the Methodists of Trans, is the United Church of the Internal Congruence, which believes in nonbinary sex goblins who can transit between host bodies and which must be appeased on a day to day basis with ever-shifting pronoun prayers which may, depending on the number of body thetans that day, involve more than one set of pronouns. UCIC members do not believe in the necessity of medical transition, unlike Our Lady of the Perpetual Hormone Replacement Therapy, except to achieve a particular look only attainable through, for example, the hog-enhancing effects of testosterone.
