The only problem with this video is, it's too short. Empty shoe protests are powerful, especially as night falls over this anonymous school somewhere in America.

I believe, and someone will surely put me in my place, that empty shoe protests originated with the disappearance of political prisoners sometime in the 1970s, possibly in Chile or Argentina. They continue with the recently-remarked disappearance of the aboriginal children at residential education institutions in Canada. With this video now they have been seen in America, as protests develop over the apartheid policies enacted by school boards aimed at extinguishing the right to an education of the free range humans.
