Walking around the breakwater that protects the harbour of Victoria BC

Some people were out of bounds on the sides of the breakwater. The container ship in the distance which the end of the breakwater with lighthouse is nearest was in the news the past few weeks because it lost over 100 containers in rough seas west of the island and then a fire had broken out in a few of the containers still on it. The tide was low while I was there. The mountainous coastline on the horizon is Washington State, USA.
