My Nocturnal Life

After yet another week of attempting to sleep and wake up earlier, I’m finally giving in to my night-owl tendencies!

Many do better waking up at five in the morning, but I do much better going to bed around the same time. That gives me just as many hours of quiet focus, if not more! Then I sleep until around noon and start all over again.

Do you have an unusual schedule? Does it feel natural, or do you force yourself to keep these hours?

I believe some of us are born to be nocturnal. Or at least crepuscular. Anything but diurnal!

Whatever your schedule is, natural or otherwise, may your waking hours be productive, creative, and fulfilling.
