How do you let go of anger? Unwanted emotions? Emotions that come with stress? With the day-to-day frustrations and annoyances of life?

It is not uncommon to feel guilty for having anger, resentment, jealousy, or even thoughts of revenge.

After all, isn't anger in all its different forms responsible for all the violence, hostility, and injustice in the world?

I wish the answer was as simple as a yes or no.

But it’s a bit more complicated than that.

Anger has been programmed into our subconscious mind as a "negative" emotion because very few people in the world know how to use their anger proactively and turn it into courage, success, and results.

As a man or woman, anger is a secret power. A weapon when you need to face your insecurities and even your deepest fears.

Are you someone who’s constantly repressing your anger, your frustration, and your inner hostilities?
