2 Ingredient Naan Bread (Eastern “tortilla”)

All you need is:
3/4 C self-rising flour
1 C sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

*mix it up, make a dough lump, cut into 4-8 pieces, flatten those out VERY flat. Heat 2-3 mins per side in a lightly oiled skillet. Optional- brush with melted butter while hot.
These are so good they’re honestly hard to share!
Serve them in place of small tortillas, with eggs, with honey, dipped in hummus, use them to “sop” sauces/gravies like a biscuit. They are just so darn versatile!
