Monte Pascoal Double Corona Cigar Review

This 7 5/8x49 stick features a tan wrapper with a soft even pack, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, slightly oily satin finished wrapper double cap and a big cedar aroma. First light reveals a soft aged tobacco followed by a big sweetness, finished with a cedar blast on the short clean finish. Body is medium at best, with a bit of a sung draw and minimal smoke output. The first third burns very fast and comes down a notch to a mild-medium body. Flavors are the same with a smooth sweet cedar although the finish lasts longer, now holding to the next draw. The 1/2 way point comes at 25 minutes changing the profile just a bit, adding a light metallic earth to the mix through the finish. Ending at 50 minutes, the last third showed no further changes.
