Flowerhorn
Flowerhorn cichlids are ornamental aquarium fish referred to for his or her vivid colorings and the distinctively shaped heads for which they are named. Their head protuberance, or kok, is officially termed a nuchal hump. Like blood parrot cichlids, they are man-made hybrids that exist in the wild simplest because of their release. Flowerhorns first emerged for sale on the aquarium market in malaysia within the overdue nineteen nineties and soon became popular in many nations in asia. First evolved in malaysia, thailand, and taiwan, they have become very famous with asian fish hobbyists. They're also saved through hobbyists within the us, india and europe. Numerous forged-off flowerhorns have been released to the wild, specifically in singapore and malaysia, where they've come to be an invasive pest animal. Their importation is banned in australia.
