Lukashenko's energy threat risks our ties: Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin is saying that his Belarus counterpart, Alexander Lukashenko, had not consulted him before warning that Belarus could cut Russian natural gas flows to Europe as retaliation for the spiraling migrant crisis on the Belarus-European Union border. Putin says such a move would hurt Belarus' ties to Moscow, its chief ally.
