Romance at the Country Dance

Dear fellow citizens…I was in the middle of renovating my home when we discovered that the man who built it…did a very bad job.

I was expecting to spend $25,000 this year. I have spent $7,500 cutting down and digging up three giant trees that destroyed my two septic tank systems and threatened my home with huge branches.

I did that!

Then I paid $6,500 to replace the main septic tank. I got a three thousand, five hundred dollar discount for being an old man and a broke old man and I did a LOT of the physical work myself to keep the septic tank men from doing so much…thus the discount.

Now I have to do the other septic tank but I am stopping.

I am stopping because I was going to eventually spend another $25,000 on the great room and the back bathroom and then another $18 to 19,000 on a complete brand new kitchen. My home would then be complete…except we found a lot of BAD STUFF!

I was looking at $50, to $60,000 at the most to make my home look “Brand New!”
Now I am looking at $75 to $80,000.
I can build a new home for only $125,000.

So no matter what I do…I am getting estimates for both…redo…or Bulldoze!

I have a lot of nice artwork for sale on Etsy and on E-Bay. The artwork is listed under

I have enough artwork to pay for this but donations are accepted. I am old and in poor health. I cannot work because my health comes and goes and a boss wants WORK! I understand that and that is why I cannot hold down a job. Thus no mortgage.

So the only way I get a new home is to sell my art and to become famous at Country Music…Comedy.

Watch my other videos…I am very funny and if anyone would book me I can make you laugh but I only do half hour to forty five minutes segments at a time because I get fatigued. I will do you a good job!
