FBI & DOJ Failed, Corrupted institutions! They must be DISMANTLED & Restructured

Where is Justice ever going to be found? SCOTUS? This is infuriating and just unbelievable. The FBI needs to be disbanded and rebuilt. If this deliberate intentional premeditated violation of a citizen’s Constitutional rights and privacy can be trampled and his 1st Amendment VIOLATED! What is left?
