HOW TO DO THE CABLE PUSH

The cable push is a complex and functional exercise that works every muscle in the body. The cable push is defined as a core and pushing exercise, and, because it is done on the cable machine it is also a free weight movement.

To do the cable push
1) Grab the handle with one hand
2) If you grab the handle with your right hand, step forward with left leg
3) Push handle forward using chest, arm and core muscles, keep handle close to body
4) Keep the core engaged, push until arm full straight and core minor rotation.
