Building Your Child's Natural Defence

We are a community of like-minded parents who need a safe space to learn more about how we can build a stronger natural defence in our child / children.

We are committed to sharing with you only information that we have researched and are willing to apply to decisions for our own child / children.

Like you, we love our children and we want them to grow up wise, healthy, and strong - the natural way.

1. There are abundant resources in nature to build up our children’s immunity.
2. Fresh air is healing for our lungs. Teach our children to take breathing breaks in school when they have to wear a mask.
3. Clean filtered water and Nutrition is key for our children’s immunity.
4. COVID-19 patients are found to have deficiency in Vit D. Sunlight has been very beneficial for one’s health. Let our children have at least 15-20min of morning sun each day.
5. Turn off our Wifi at night to let our body rest
6. It’s de-stressing to our body to go barefooted and allow our children to walk directly on natural surfaces like grass, sand.
