Lawyer says rise in cell phone video a "game changer" in criminal, civil court cases

The use of cell phone video is becoming more and more common in trials like that of Kyle Rittenhouse. Minneapolis based lawyer Jeffrey Storms said that's because "It's unfiltered and it's in real time, which is most important."
