Thoracic Spine Rotations From Stabil FIT Life #StabilFITLife
If you wake up with a tight upper to mid back, try this out.
All you need is a yoga block and a light resistance band.
The knee that is up, place yoga block between the knee and wall. Place your hand on the wall and rotate to try and touch the other side of the wall or go until you can't turn anymore. This should be down slow, not fast.
This can be done without the band as well.
A great exercise to start your day off, for a warm-up, core exercise or a cool-down. 10-15 reps on each side, Give it a try today!
