HOW TO DO THE CABLE PULL

The cable pull is a complex and functional exercise that works every muscle in the body. The cable pull is defined as a core and pulling exercise, and, because it is done on the cable machine it is also a free weight movement.
To do the cable pull
1) Grab the handle with one hand
2) If you grab the handle with your right hand, step back with right leg
3) Pull handle back using back muscles, keep handle close to body
4) Keep the core engaged, pull scapula towards the spine.
