Prophylaxis and Treatment Protocols for COVID-19. Although a viral syndrome, it is a highly treatable disease, especially when treated early. Numerous molecules with anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties have been identified, studied, and found highly effective. Treatment must be started EARLY, upon first symptoms, every day delay makes recovery longer and will require more combinations of therapies. Ivermectin has the most evidence for early treatment and prevention, and its widespread use led to the complete eradication of COVID in Uttar Pradesh, and should be the model for the world to follow. The fact that it is a repurposed drug has led to historic corruption in suppressing its use. Ivermectin, along with other therapies have produced dramatic clinical responses in Long-Haul COVID.
