Dog Puppy-Cute Barking

It is not my dog.It is my relative's dog at my ancestral home. This video was shot 2 years ago and the dog was tied because it was small and there is traffic on rural roads too. It could have wandered off on the road and came under a vehicle.

Regarding the rope ,I was not aware that anything else from dog chain could hurt the dog’s neck. Fortunately the puppy was not hurt.

Now the dog is fully grown and is free of any chain.
