PMA vs FBO vs Ministry Protections Explained - This is the GOOD stuff!

n this video, I go over the different protections that a Standard PMA vs FBO PMA vs Ministry gives you and your Association Members.

Standard PMA - All the benefits of being in the Private domain such as freedom of speech, the right to assemble, the right to privacy, and medical liberties.

FBO PMA/PHA - All of the above benefits plus you invoke religious liberties and move into the 508(c)(1)(a) tax-exempt status. You also have loads of case law on your side that is in favor of the private domain.

Ministry (Nature and Nature’s God) - All of the above, plus property tax exemption. Ministries are really good if you are thinking of expansion.

Ministry (God) - All of the above and now you get to invoke scriptural authority and have all of the case law that upholds that authority!
