車站色系是火焰橙色和淺灰色，有1組島式月台。
2003年12月20日啟用，天水圍站有7個出口。
早上繁忙時間有兩班沒有載客空車從天水圍站2號月台開出。
Tin Shui Wai Station is the longest station (460 meters) in the station structure in the MTR system.
The station color system is flame orange and light gray, and there is a group of island platforms.
Opened on December 20, 2003, there are 7 exits at Tin Shui Wai Station.
