Christine Lagarde says "The ECB will never run out of money"

During Monetary Dialogue on 19th November 2020 ECB the President Christine Lagarde sayd “the Eurosystem will always able to generate additional liquidity, as needed. So by definition the ECB will never go bankrupt or run out of money.”
