Tuvalu minister planning for 'worst case scenario'

Tuvalu's foreign minister Simon Kofe said on Tuesday that the area where he recorded a speech for the United Nations climate conference standing knee-deep in seawater was once land, showing how his low-lying Pacific island nation is sinking and the country is planning for the "worst-case scenario".
