In this video, we went over the reason why we must belly/diaphragmatically breathe. The opposite of diaphragmatically breathing is called chest breathing. This is where we predominantly use our neck/shoulder muscles to breathe, rather than our bellies.

We went over
1) That we breathe 23,000 times per day
2) Neck/Chest Breathing
3) Belly Breathing

The app used is called Essential Anatomy.
