Low Carb & Low Cholesterol Stuffed Bell Pepper Dinner
If you are like me and want to eat healthier, this meal will be great for your next meal. To make this meal you will need a few things to get this meal.
First you will need to get your stuffing mixture to stuff the bell peppers, I used 2 lbs of Turkey tack season meat for my stuffing mixture. Using turkey is a healthier way to get the same great taste, Next you will need some tomatoes, green onions and white or brown rice. After you have cut your veggies, you will want to cook up your meat and add the veggies and beans. Preheat the oven at 350F, Once your mixtures has all been mixed in, you will want to take your bell peppers and stuff them with your meat mixture. Once you have stuffed your peppers, put them in the pan cover them with aluminum foil for 30 minutes, the last 10 minutes take off the foil to brown the peppers. Thats It! Enjoy this healthy meal.
