Deploy a live-stream Nginx server on Windows localhost with HLS & Dash supported within 10 mins

The title pretty much explains it all. This short guide will tell you how to deploy a localhost live-streaming server using Nginx that will create both HLS and Dash files. These can be used to feed to a web-player anywhere. The package works out of the box but you should follow my advice I give in the video and edit the config accordingly for your situation.
