MASTER THE SALES FOLLOW UP GAME
Following up on my previous piece on the "1 golden rule after every customer call," there has been a lot of interest in how to follow up properly and give social proof.
Both of these factors have a significant impact on the outcomes.
In my opinion, if done well, you can never follow up too much.
Remember, the majority of people don't do this at all, which means there's a lot of room for you
It’s all about how it is delivered!!

THE NEXT STEPS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Contact the prospect right away. This demonstrates your concern for them and your want to collaborate with them.
2. Phone, test, and email are the best ways to communicate.
3. Outline the recommended next actions.
4. It may take a minimum of seven attempts to close a deal. Adding value and establishing trust are two of the most important things you can do.
5. In general, the larger the business, the more communication is required.
6. Always respond to them as soon as possible.
SOCIAL PROOFS TYPES:
1. Make it relevant to your potential customer.
2. Have you ever assisted someone in a similar position to them with your product or service?
3. Testimonials or reviews.
4. Your prior work experience in the field. Industry honors
5. What will boost your prospect's self-assurance?
ADDITIONAL BONUS:
1. Keep the lines of contact open after the transaction has been made.
2. As time passes, build up social proof.
3. Make contact with every eligible lead. The vast majority do not.
4. Anticipate that further objections will arise.
REMEMBER: If you don't follow up, you'll lose the majority of your sales.
