Prosecuting Attorney James Kennedy puts on the Record CVAR's Vigilante Justice

Center Valley Animal Rescue was advised to place a lien by Prosecuting Attorney Julie St. Marie in May of 2019, constantly communicating and advising CVAR. The LIEN’s Intent as seen in the CVAR Lynch Mob Thread as I call it on my sites, was premeditated as a form of Vigilante Justice to take the place of the justice system. The idea was to place future vet bills on Michaels property, to place a lien and steal his dog through civil court, IN CASE MICHAEL WAS NOT CONVICTED OF A CRIME. However, Michael was convicted, as they set him up good as the record shows, so they no longer needed the lien for their vigilante justice and had their NOT attorney James Kennedy plead the Judge to give the Dog to CVAR (the Bad Guy in our Story). The Judge let him know that the Criminal Court was not holding the dog, MOSES was NOT being held by this court, but instead by the City of Port Townsend Law Enforcement so she can’t grant ownership to CVAR, so CVAR followed through with the Lien in Civil Court.
