This is a full-body workout that you can do whenever and wherever you choose. You don't need any weights or equipment!! Targets all of your body's muscles and produces a QUICK SWEAT!
Because the video is in full length, you can simply follow along with whatever the trainer is doing.
To give your muscles ample time to recuperate, I recommend varying your routines. This workout may be done 2-3 times per week, and if you want to stay active on other days, subscribe to this page for weekly videos.
