Has Field McConnell violated his terms of probation?

Field McConnell was arrested in 2019 and recently changed his plea of not guilty to no contest in September 2021. A Florida state judge adjudicated him guilty and set forth terms and conditions for Field’s probation. McConnell had agreed to these terms beforehand and was well aware of the terms. Yet, a week ago and a few days ago, Field appeared on at least two livestream online events that were also later posted on various social media platforms. This appears to be a violation of the conditions of his release. It has been alleged that his PO had given him permission to appear on at least one of these streams, according to John B Wells, who also stated that McConnell will also be making another appearance on his show next week. We will have to wait and see how this plays out! Whether his probation officer, indeed, give Field permission or if he knew at all. Another question circling social media is…are PO’s allowed to change and or give permission to change the terms and conditions of the probation terms handed down by the judge. During one appearance, McConnell was present via a phonecall allegedly and the other, he was present via a webcam, which does seem to fall outside the conditions he had agreed to back in September in Ft. Lauderdale. Another point being raised is although Field did not name his victim’s identity specifically, there is no doubt to whom he was referred to as well as his claims of his discovering a trafficking ring, which was not found to be factual or even addressed within his court appearance, change of plea and adjudication. If McConnell is deemed as in violation of the terms and conditions of his probation, what will happen next? This could become very interesting.
