Posture is defined as the position in which the musculoskeletal system functions most optimally. What we assume good posture, the muscle and joints should be able to stay in a rested position, that does not lead to straining. When we deviate into poor posture, all of our joints become overloaded with excessive chronic forces that could lead to any itis in the books.

We went over
1) Good posture
2)Head coming forward adding strain
3) Poor Posture
