HOW TO SIT AT A DESK CORRECTLY!!

If someone has a seating work environment, it is important to consider the implications of our posture when sitting throughout the days. Having optimal posture when sitting is important because the chronic loading of the spine in bad postures can cause discomfort. To mitigate discomfort, we went over

1) Eyes on the horizon, screen in front of eyes ( about arms length away )
2) Shoulder relaxed, elbows at a 90 degree angle.
3) Spine and chest are straight up
4) Butt is in the back of the chair, at a 90 degree hip angel
5) Knees are also at a 90 degree angel, feel flatly planted.
