Nov 14, 2020 Utah parents peacefully met outside Cox's residence to speak to him regarding the mask mandate. Cox and Herbert had no voicemail set up or emails available to contact them at the time- you could only contact their secretaries. There are images of Herbert and Cox hosting grand parties holding giant checks at fundraiser events unmasked (and at the time un-jabbed), shaking hands, hugging, and laughing with guests while the rest of the state was under a mask mandate and every child in public school k-12 was FORCE masked, tested and quarantined.
