Boy Rides Away With Entire Candy Bowl

Info from Licensor: "A little past 3 in the afternoon on Halloween day, before the young trick or treaters even had a chance to stop door to door, two young men riding bikes took the entire bowl of candy, including the bowl, and rode off down the street. They had a garbage bag filled halfway with candy from other houses they hit and other bowls in their bag. Our home, amongst others, were left candy-less for the rest of the trick or treaters of the night. The boy in the red later came back to apologize once he was confronted and the video was posted on an online page for the town where most if not every neighbor subscribes to. After someone identified them, and neighbors who saw the video recognized them by their houses, only the boy in red came back to apologize. However, his accomplice in the bright blue ski mask - clad with the candy bowls and their contents of from other neighbors homes - never faced his consequences."
