In this Video, Judge Amy B. Jackson (1) violated our due process rights by ordering Austin and me NOT to deliver the summons to any VA defendants. Judge Amy B. Jackson told us to wait to issue the orders? Wait for what? She wanted us to wait for VA to order Robert BACK to work to fire him??? Just watch this video and hear GS14 Voncelle James tell herself. In the meantime, Judge Amy B. Jackson asked Austin and me to SHOW CAUSE/STANDING, which we did on 5 March 2019. We filed under RICO because we found out very quickly that the VA‘s EEOC/ORM is rigged (SEE VIDEO). We also filed under the 1983 KKK Act [with merit]. We gave Judge Amy B. Jackson proof of receipts and money, time, and resources lost which means, NOBODY can dismiss this case without giving us a SETTLEMENT. We asked to go to court. This is a simple right that cannot be taken away or ignored.
