Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA 2017 In 2021 Review

Why would anyone keep a beer for 4 years? Do beers actually age well? Some of them do. Some of them do not. The 120 Minute IPA from Dogfish Head is a very big beer (16.5%+ ABV) and will cellar well for several years if kept in the proper conditions.
