DIAMETER 22 cm.

250 gr. flour
60 gr. cocoa powder
200 gr. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
0,5 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
120 ml vegetable oil (i.e 5 tbsp.)
200 ml. boiling water

For cream:

500g sour cream
1tbsp sugar powder
1tbsp flour
