Anytime someone attacks another it’s because they themselves are feeling attacked or under pressure from something else they’re avoiding confronting.

It’s just like an animal feeling threatened! They’ll lash out to defend or protect themselves first so they’re not the one under attack. It’s a defense mechanism, coping & survival tactic.

Judgement is really the result of something in us feeling threatened! The stories we create are to “protect whatever within us is triggered!”

Judgement is really a defense mechanism — Judgement is Protection from Rejection!
We actually judge from the position of being judged!

But when we judge we break our own heart. The judgement is heard & registers by the body as if You were judging YourSelf not another. So even if You think it’s going out, it really has a boomerang effect that causes it to come directly straight back at You!🪃

There’s nothing outside of You that isn’t triggering something inside unseen within!

You are Not Your Mind!

The Mind is there to be your Servant not your Master!

Everything originates in our Mind.

If You’re Triggered it’s usually something you’ve been suppressing or avoiding.

Remember if another person triggers You it’s only because Your Soul & hurt Inner Child that is drawing & calling them in to be the Catalyst to addressing the trauma & healing it.

Don’t shoot the messenger!

We have to be willing to face it ALL!
