G20 leaders struggling to toughen climate goals, draft shows

Leaders of the G20 have gathered in Rome to firm up commitments on climate change ahead of the U.N.'s COP26 summit. But their draft communique shows some pledges are vague or watered down. Lucy Fielder reports.
