La Gloria Cubana Spanish Press Robusto Cigar Review

This 5.5x50 box pressed stick features a sharply pressed very oily and toothy firmly packed dark cocoa red hued wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and faint sweet cocoa aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plumes of thick mild-medium smoke showing a sweet grassy hay and light wood followed by a smooth long finish of the same. The first third burns very well up to a medium-full body with the addition of a silky smooth leather to the draw. 1/2 way in at 35 minutes the 2nd third notes shift between the leather and wood notes dominating, with a tiny pepper at the tail of the finish. Ending at 1:10 hour the last third showed no changes to the nub.
