Today will be working for 45 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest for 4 rounds. I am using my 20# and 25# dumbbells, my mini-band and an elevated surface today, but as always do what works best for you!
1. Split squat
2. SLDL
3. Sumo squat with pulse
4. Staggered glute bridge
5. Superman with abd/fire hydrant
6. Leg add
