When you are upset or unhappy use 'The Law of Reflection' to bring about change. To help you not feeling the same way. When you are triggered - feeling upset by someone or something ....
1) Connect to what you are feeling. Allow yourself to feel the emotion. (e-motion= energy in motion). It's not about thinking but feeling.
2) This energy is within me. The more you feel it, the more you can own it. I am responsible for my feelings, e-motions.
3) Discover your belieffs that are attached to this e-motion. The more you allow yourself to feel it, the more you realise what beliefs are attached to it. ie. I feel anger (why does he not listen to me) I believe people don't listen to me.
4) Heart Temple and Decree to let go Beliefs
